Aveda shampoo brilliant question(s)

Does anyone use it? how often? is it CG? I used to use it daily - and I used it today, hair came out great but dont know if it is the shampoo or something else...
This isn't CG.

Here's the ingredients list, which I located by doing a quick search in the Products section here on naturallycurly.com:

Aqueous Extracts: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Camellia Oleifera (Tea) Leaf Extract, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Isostearamidopropyl Morpholine Lactate, Fragrance (Parfum), Polyquaternium-4, Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, Basassuamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Chloride, Citrus Acid, Disodium EDTA, Methylparaben, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone

WEll, that is a shame, because I used it today and my hair looks great - maybe it needs a shampoo like this every now and then. Still, ALS is not the first ingredient or the second - any thoughts?? Thanks, Morgan.
Sulfate detergents are sulfate detergents, even in "low" quantities. They dry out your hair, and ultimately, if not immediately, weaken curl. My hair has been so much better since I started Curly Girling, and particularly since I had all the pre-CG hair cut off, that I don't use them or want to use them.
