Default Shea butter defines my curls!!!!

So i recently made a post about how great my regimen is now and how defined and soft my hair has been.. Well my regimen has now gone alllll the way to the LEFT! lol Not really..I just like saying that. BUT i did decide to stop my regimen that I loved so much. WHY??
So FIRST I ran out of the Garnier Triple Nutrition. So ive been using random rinse out conditioners to co wash, So that changed and my hair was still coming out GREAT. So i realized it wasnt that conditioner that helped. Then I ran out of my garnier and mixed silk leave ins. and STILL great Results. So the conclusion is that regardless of what I use, as long as I use Olive oil and Shea Butter and smooth it into sections of my hair...It does not matter what Leave in, Conditioner, or moisturizer I use. SO I dont feel like I need to buy any EXPENSIVE products

ANYONE ELSE TRY Shea butter and EVOO as their moisturizers for their WASH AND GO AND HAVE GOOD RESULTS??
