Default CurlMart Customer Service?

This is my first time ordering from CurlMart and I wanted to know if ordering from them is always this bad? I know it's the holidays, but it's been a week and Christmas is over and I haven't gotten any sort of update email from them regarding my order or reply back to the message I sent. They aren't a manufacturer, they're just a distributor, so I'm not sure what the hold up is.

Maybe I'm just spoiled by smaller companies...but then drugstore.com is always awesome and they're a pretty big operation.

let's just say curl mart is not known for it's customer service......

if the sale is good you and i won't need the product(s) for some time, then it is good. if you have a problem....... i thought they had said they had improved that aspect, but i guess not.

actually, they may have been closed over the holiday week. if so, tho, they should have announced that as most companies do.

I've never had a bad experience with CurlMart. *knock on wood* I always receive an email immediately following the placement of my order. My order has always arrived within a week of placing the order. However I did see an email on CurlMart about it being closed for the holidays, which will affect when your order ships.

Wow...yeah I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I know they are closed the actual holidays. Christmas and New Years, but they were open all the days in between. They aren't taking a holiday break.

Lets not rule out the mail delivery. I am waiting longer for my ebay purchases to. Have to give them more time this time of year.

I have ordered from Curlmart three times, never had a problem. Delivered within a week. I will order from them again.

I order from curlmart all the time never had a problem. Always come within a few days and I live in Canada.

I have no problem if it's the mail, but I would appreciate shipping confirmation email...especially since they say they will send one.

i suspect they have not shipped your order yet. i ordered some sale stuff on dec. 26th and have not yet received a shipping email either, but i assumed they are not working the holiday week. (i did not see anything to that effect as i see posted on other sites, but i believe they work on a shoestring budget so i just assumed they are out for the holiday.) i order maybe twice a year from curlmart and only things that i cannot get cheaper anywhere else and only if i am not in a hurry to receive their order. i have never gotten an order in less than 10 days, but i am in ny, far from texas.

so going forward if you need something quickly, curlmart is not the place. however, if the price is good and you want/need something later rather than sooner, it can be a very good deal.
