So frustrated
 

My hair has been acting up lately. When I need it to look good, it looks horrible, so I have to put it up. It's not super frizzy or anything, it's just that when I look at it in the morning, it's fine, but then a few hours later, I look like a triangle. Winter makes my hair look horrible.

I'm a fellow 2c/3a-er, and my hair has been weird too! Noticing patterns in people w/ our hairtype makes me wish the wavy board was more active! :cry:

Anyway, I did a baking soda rinse and it seemed to help, maybe you could give that a try. I know, you'd think the in winter you'd need MORE moisture, but I found that my hair was waaaaaay too heavy.

Yeah my hair is easily weighed down lately too. It's because my curl is more fragile without the humidity I think.
I tried conditioning more but that only goes so far.
And hey you're a combo, post on the 3a board, I watch for posts on that board real regular as do some of the others.

I had to scrub my hair yesterday so don't feel like you're the only one. Now my hair desperately needs more moisture but the DT just didn't quite do it. I say we need humidifyers for our homes
