garnier-good hair day

so here i am w more product experiments. I just put up some pics of my great hair day yesterday. I used garnier fortifying cream CO for dry/damaged hair as a leavein with a bit of honey. had best hair day in a while. plopped wet overnight. I did my usual 2 CO washes with suave and honey. i have pics of the overnight plop morning photos--these are the best, then i had the post hike pics after the -5 windchill temps blew the hair around all day, then I had to do my hair again to go to a wedding and had about 20min to diffuse it. i like this product a lot and it seems to do just as well as the expensive stuff on my hair. i think it was 25oz for 3.99 or something quite reasonable. it has the amodimethicone in it but that does not seem to bother my hair and it is fairly low on the ingred list.
hope to see some of you at devachan this coming tuesday feb 13!!

Ok, that totally convinced me to try the GF conditioner!

Your hair looks terrific!

overnight plopping? did you secure the twist in the back, or in the front? Did you sleep on your back? Sorry for all the ??? I just think that the twist in the back of my head would be uncomfortable, I sleep on my back. thanks

Wow, overnight plopping, I am jellis! My hair doesn't even dry overnight completely out, I can't imagine if it stayed covered.

thanks!! well, i have the knot basically on top of my head. the button is in the back, it's flat and i don't feel it. when i wake up the hair is wet but not dripping, it dries in about 1 hr while i get ready. [/quote]

Yep, GF is great. I"ve pretty much replaced my One C with it. The cond's are all quite different though: the Sleek & Shine has a'cone much higher up, which I like, but the Dry/Damaged is further down. And the leave-in remains my one & only HG.

I can't decide between the dry/damaged or curl and shine.
