Default design essentials????

i just got a sample of design essentials moisturizing lotion and am wondering if this is cg. it does have a polyquat near top of the list, but i am willing to give it a try on dry hair as a refresher if the ingredients are ok.

has anyone used this?

what do you make of the ingredients? problematic?

Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Acetamide MEA, Stearalkonium Chloride PA, Polyquaternium 11, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Polysorbate 20, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Caprylyl Glycol (and) Methylisothiazolinone, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Panthenol, Fragrance (Parfum),Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Ceteareth 20, PPG 10 Cetyl Ether, Isopropyl Lanolate, Cetyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Aloe Vera Oil, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter

yup it is
and as far as im informed, using polyquats is completely ok while beeing Cg....

someone please correct me if i'm wrong!! i didn't get the purpose of polyquats yet - so i cant tell you if im 100% right about it being cg friendly!

i know polyquats are ok, altho some people do get buildup from them.

however, i just noticed glycerin is 2nd ingredient on list, so i'll shelve it for the spring. but, i have other products that have glycerin that i love, so i most likely wouldn't need that anyway.
