Default haircut question..

when you get a trim, does it help your hair "rejuvenate" and become more healthier and curlier??? how often should you get a trim?

Thanks in advance,

I think so, definitely...I think every 6-8 weeks a trim is recommended, even if just a quarter inch
3a-ish & fine stranded, Botticelli type curls
Currently using low poo/no poo & Ouidad Stylers
