Is it okay to use the coconut oil that is in the food aisle at the grocery store? It says 100% pure coconut oil but it only talks about cooking. I think it comes in a solid form.

From my experience it's fine to use I loved it. all you have to do is leave it in a warm room or run warm water over the container and it turns to liquid form, but will harden back up once it gets to a cooler temp. I keep it in the bathroom since it doubles as our laundry room and is the warmest room in the house because of the dryer.
