Glad you posted this because it's been going through my mind. I'm curious how people can tell their hair needs to be washed, as opposed to co-washed? and how often?
I wash with Trader Joes Tea Tree Tingle shampoo every sunday morning. My hair unglobs and feels nice and clean but, it seems that it's dry after, like no matter how much or what product I put in, it's unmanageable and just does whatever the heck it wants.
I co wash every other day. My 2nd day hair is usually weird so I wear it up, but it looks beautiful up, so that's OK. I almost like it better up than down...no actually I do like it better. OK, off topic.
Hopefully there are more responses so I get some ideas, too.
