Default lo-poo recommendations at Walgreens

I lo-poo once a week usually. I normally do bakingsoda/AVC as my lo-poo. I am wanting to get a sulfate free shampoo to try out on occasion for when I forget to make my solution or I want something that smells good.

What do you recommend?? What i have seen at our Walgreens is some Organix stuff, the Walgreens Ology brand stuff, I have seen some Shea Moisture, but not sure if i have seen the acutal shampoo.

I have fine thin hair that is easily weighed down.

Thanks.

GEt the Shea Moisture and the Coconut hibiscus. I use them every day - no problem.

2nd the SM!! I like the moisture retention one (yellow label), but L&S of people live the coconut hibiscus one, as Myrna recommended. (I haven't tried that poo yet.)

SM has just come out with a new co-wash, but it's not readily available.

If you find you need a stronger (but still gentle) low-poo, Renpure and Organix are good. (Just double check the ingredients for cones - a few of their varieties may have some, I can't recall. I know Organix Shea doesn't, and I do t think the red Renpure does, either.)

I find Redken Fresh Curls to be a really gentle sulfate shampoo. It's available at Target and probably Wal-Mart.

I also suggest the shea moisture gold label.

Renpure Organics in the red bottle is my favorite. Very gentle and effective; it actually makes my hair feel moisturized by itself while removing all buildup. Also, as a plus, it has coca. betaine in it so it CAN be used to remove silicones
