I've already made a post about this but i didn't get much help. My hair feels hard as if I have hairspray in it. I don't use protein, and I used a clarifying shampoo to try and fix it but nothing has worked. I'm feeling really depressed, what should I do?

Maybe try to apply a LOT of conditioner? And I mean a lot. Maybe a deep treatment.

What is your routine? Aqua lily is right lots of condish and really squish it into the hair and leave on for a bit (10-15mins). Do you use a LI? If not, leave in some of the condish (just so your hair has some slip) before applying stylers.

I would look for glycerin in your products, especially if you live in a cold and/or dry climate. I would also try sealing with oil after you apply your LI.
