My hair has been feeling so dry from a recent color correction and winter and overnight oil treatments have really been doing the trick! So far I've tried argan and coconut. What oils/oil blends do you like?

The coconut oil does wonders for me. I even gave my little long haired Dachshund a coconut oil pre poo treatment. It even cowashed out of her fur pretty good. I am applying CG even to the dog and its works for her really well. I have a less itchy dog now.

So I have a q about coconut oil!

Last night, I wet my hair and put coconut oil in it. Then I wrapped my hair in a towel and slept in it that way.

This morning I woke up and my hair was INSANELY curly! :O I then co-washed and styled my hair as usual.

My Q is: does coconut oil encourage curl formation? My hair is quite thin/fine, so I'm surprised. Also, I did a co-wash this morning, but will the benefits of the coconut oil stick in my hair?

Well it moisturizes and encourages protein retention, so it could definitely increase curl formation. The benefits should stick around for a week or so, but I find that they get better the more you do it.

I am loving sweet almond oil as a sealant, to keep my ends moisturized, and i also apply it to my eyebrows my coconut oil is solid and hard to work with right now

Currently waist length while wet and going for waist length while dry!

Ooh, I'd love to try sweet almond oil. I'm with you on coconut, I only do it for pre-treatments now, and still I have to soak it in hot water.

I use peppermint essential oil with coconut oil and a couple of drops of tea tree oil. Feels so nice and minty on the scalp. I love it!

Just did an evoo oil rinse on my toddlers hair he says he "likes conditioner and oil" hehe!
