I've only used it as a RO on myself and it was ok, nothing special. My daughter's hair loves it though, especially as a LI.

It builds up really quick on my hair (even while using their shampoo that has Sodium Coco-Sulfate) and irritates my scalp, so for me it's a no go, but it's definitely thick and conditioning.

Oh and I wanted to add that they've reformulated it and it's called Scalp something. I haven't tried that.

I love love love the carrots and cucumber. The carrots I rotate as my RO and sometimes as my styler. Carrots is definitely a heavier conditioner and wouldn't recommend as CO. The cucumbers is my HG CO and I use it even sometimes as a RO and styler.

I've used it as a RO. I like it, don't love it. My favorite RO to date is Tresemme Naturals.

I use it as a LI. I like it! Smells good and is moisturizing, but doesn't weigh me down too much.
