garnier fructis

hi there,

i've done a few searches and found that a lot of people like the garnier fructis conditioners, but several are mentioned, and each has a little bit different formulation. i'd like to find out how many people are using and liking the ones mentioned.

if you don't mind, if you answer the poll, would you also add a message here saying:

- how long you've been using your chosen condish (indicate which)
- what you like about it
- also how often (if at all) and with what you shampoo?

thanks!

:D

I used to be an avid fan of Garnier's Dry & Damaged line, until I started to try other conditioners. They just recently got the Curl and Shine products in at the drugstore in my town, and I'll definately be trying those soon.

I'd choose more than one if there was that choice in your poll!

But for now I have the Sleek & Shine. Before that it was either the Dry & Damaged or the Curl & Shine.

Actually, I had the Sleek & Shine until my son stole it from me!

I had it for at least a week. I used it every night as a conditioner rinse, (no scrubbing or massaging) versus a conditioner wash. It's of a decent thickness. It smells good. It worked pretty well at detangling & clumping, & I guess moisturizing. I don't think I used it after shampooing with my Victoria's Secret Garden Amber Romance Sensuous Shine for Dry/Damaged Hair. I think I used Elucence then.

In the summer I use curl and shine rinse out and the leave in. It keeps the frizz away and is just enough for my hair since it's super humid all summer

I don't know how to vote in the poll. I really love the curl & shine leave-in. Recently, I bought the Sleek & Shine rinse out, and I think I like it too. It has very nice slip, and doesn't seem to weigh my hair down. I'm not sure if it's enough moisture to use daily over an extended period of time. I also have the fortifying one for fine hair (the one with no cones), and founf it to be very lacking as a rinse out. It's an ok co-wash though.

I like the S&S rinse out a lot, & the S&S leave in is an HG for me. The C&S is much lighter & doesn't control frizz as well for me, but is great for 3A's. The D&D I have't tried yet, but is lower in a'cone, so more moisture, but less frizz control. They're all still the best drugstore cond's I've found -- & the only ones I've bought more than once.

Let's see I've been using the S&S Leave-in conditioning cream for a few months. I also like the C&S leave-in but I prefer the S&S because its more moisturizing. I love this leave-in because it tames my frizzies and helps with clumping my curls and keeping them bouncy. I shampoo maybe 1 or 2 times weekly (co wash everday when not pooing). I use Tigi Oatmeal and Honey shampoo and conditioner.

I've been using the Curl and Shine leave in for several months. I bought it because all I remembered from the board was that people like the GF leave-in. I didn't realize there was more than one kind! I like it because a very little amount is all I need (about pea-sized blob) and it doesn't weigh my hair down. I tend to get overconditioned so less moisture works better for me. Your poll didn't include the GF rinse-out conditioner for fine hair. I like it, too, for days when I need a little extra conditioner. It's nice and light, but does a good job of detangling and smoothing.

I've been using the GF Curl & Shine leave in since December and I love it. I have a bottle of the S&S leave-in, but have yet to try it (I have a hard time moving away from products I already know I love). I haven't tried any of the wash out conditioners, however . . .

I've been using the CnS for around 3 months I guess. I love it because I can use (alot) as a leave-in and it doesn't weigh my hair down. I use a little of the matching leave-in conditioning cream with it, too.

I've also used the SleeknShine condish and matching leave-in and love them as well.

I voted to the CnS mainly because that's what I have the most of since finding I can use it as a leave-in.

I've been using the C&S Leave-in since November I think. I like it because it's cheap, widely available, and it gets the job done. I have also been able to use it by itself without styling products over it, with good results. I don't love the smell, but it doesn't linger in my hair.

I wash 1-2 times per month with a sulfate-free cleanser (Curlicious Curls or Jessicurl HCC), otherwise I just wash with Deva No Poo.

I use the GF curl leave in. found it my product drawer the other nite . but i use it as a rinse out. i thought it probably be to weighed down if i leave it in my hair so i put in in for about 5 mins and then rinse it out so far great clumping , and it has apricot extract in it and im told that can be helping in the clumping just as good and the G2B peach condish. i wanna try the G2b soon but cant find any of the old rec condishes .
