Shea Moisture Milk

I'm not finding any threads dedicated to this topic (I am on the app so poor search function); hopefully, I'm not repeating.

For those that do use the milk how do you use it specifically? Which one do you use? I'm interested in the curl & hibiscus line one.

The milk is in my rotation as a rinse out. My hair is fine and prone to over-conditioning. The milk gives me great moisture without being so rich that I get over-conditioned. In low dews, it's a nice, light leave in.

That's a good idea to try it that way. I'm thinking over conditioning may be happening to me as well.

It's been years since I've consistently styled my hair to wear down and now I'm re-learning what to do with my hair. So much more info has come out since 11 years ago :)
