terrible ingredients?

I've been using moroccanoil shampoo - ingredients are:
Water, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Cocamide MEA, Dimethicone, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein PG-Propyl Silanetrio, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Silk Amino Acids, Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Glycol Distearate, Panthenol, Amodimethicone, Cetrimonium Chloride, Trideceth-12, Cyclopentasilozane, Dimethiconol, Divinyldimethicone/Dimethicone Copolymer, C12-13 Pareth-23, C12-13 Pareth-3, Polyquaternium-10, SodiumPCA, Quaternium-80, Polyquaternium-7, Cinnamidopropyltrimonium Chloride, PEG-150 Pentaerythrytyl Tetastearate, PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Phenozyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Chlorphenesin, Red 33 (Cl1700), Yellow 5 (Cl19140), Fragrance (Parfum).

Condish ingredients: condish is neutrogena triple moisture

Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Behenyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cyclohexasiloxane, Dimethicone, Amodimethicone, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Cetrimonium Chloride, Panthenol, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil (prunus amygdalis dulcis), Olive Fruit Oil (olea europaea), Meadowfoam Seed Oil (limnanthes alba), Glycol Stearate, Ceteth 2, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Citric Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Mica, Fragrance

Every time I use shampoo or condish that has NO cones, I get dry frizzy hair that feels terrible. I've tried all the suave ones and ended up giving them to hubby to use or I use them on my horses

So, I'm beginning to think my hair likes this stuff. Even tho I see the xane ingredients in both

As far as gels go, I like the deva curl one. I scrunch that in real well and then diffuse dry.
Now I do get kind of limpy curls on real dry air days. Today was humid/foggy and I had GREAT hair!!!

Ingredients are only as bad as the effect on your hair is. If they work for you, they're not bad for you

I agree, use what works. I use a harsher shampoo most days so that I can use silicones, and I find that as long as I do frequent (weekly) deep treatments, I'm very content with the condition of my hair

I agree that you should use what works for you. However, don't judge silicone-free conditioners on how the Suave ones worked. Suave natural conditioners are not very moisturizing at all. They're very light. Most people don't use Suave conditioners as their rinse out conditioners. I use Yes To Carrots conditioner, which works really well for me.
