Do I need to clarify now?
 

I thought this shampoo bar from fortune cookie soap was ok to use once a week for a loo poo. But I just saw in the ingredient list it has some sort of silicone in it, doesn't say which one. So do I need to use a sulfate shampoo to get the cone out? I started CG a week ago and today is the first day shampooed. Here's the list of ingredients for the bar,

Sodium coco sulfate, fractionated coconut oil, coco butter, cosmetic grade silicone (moisturizer), Shea butter, blend of 100% organic palm and coconut oils (saponified), purified water, glycerin, sorbitol, magnesium sulfate, vitamin E (tocopherol), fragrance.

Hmmm. I would just to be safe. I don't like unspecified ingredients. I have a bottle of Suave Naturals Shampoo in my shower in the event of an iffy situation such as that one.
