Third day hair
Today is my third 12 hr shift in a row. Woke up late so no time to Cowash and restyle. My third day hair looks 10 times better than my hair yesterday! It's a Super Bowl Sunday miracle!

I'm so jealous! Third day hair is a real rarity for me!
That being said, today I could get away with a loose low pony as 3rd day hair today. (Tho it's dry and a bit tangly.)
And your bangs look so cute! How long are they, and how do you style them? Mine are so uncooperative.

Thanks girls!
Jas, today is my first day ever as a CG that I've actually liked my bangs. I used a curling iron. My real curls up there are very stringy and crimpy.

Lol! Mine are just plain odd! Lol!
So how do you curl them? How long are they (when pulled straight)? Do you hairspray them?
I curl mine, too, and once in a while they look good. Usually they are terrible. Lol!!

When straight probably to the middle of.my nose. I flip them to the side then curl them back. Yep I have to hairspray them.

Well, they look super cute! And your lashed - those CAN'T be your own!! They are too long and gorgeous!
Btw - nurses are the greatest. I was raised by one, and have several friends who are nurses. You are all saints.

Haha not hardly! Lol. But thanks. No fourth day hair. Getting it dyed and cut today. No divas in my area so fingers crossed my regular girl can do it.

WOW! Well, my stylist definitely does NOT know how to style curlys. She didn't put any product in it until AFTER she defused and it was so frizzy and terrible. Ugh it looked so bad I had to hang my head over the tub, CoWash, and start all over. Hopefully when its dry the cut is good. I just super soaked and am airdrying now.

Oh no!! I hate when that happens!!
Is there anyone at the same salon (like the lead stylist) who might be able to fix it for free? Or are you just to traumatized to even give that a shot? (Been there...)

No way. Plus I've been going to this gal for a while so it would be weird having one of the other gals do it. I found somebody on the Find a stylist link on here. Going to give her a call to check on pricing tomorrow. I mean, its not horrific but its pretty bad. She said she knew how to cut and shape curly hair. Obviously not. Haha. Oh well. Now I know.

They ALL say they know. Everyone I know who's been to cosmetology school says they barely cover it. I always ask them if they have anyone who specializes in curly hair, and ask them what type of continued education they've done that focuses on curls.
Sometimes they get annoyed - tough poop. If they don't have a good answer, I say thank you, hang up, and call somewhere else.
Though I have run into some good curly stylists bc they have curly hair themselves, or their daughter does, etc. so it's not always specialized education, but I find that's the best marker.
Hopefully this next one goes better!!

it's pretty obvious to me they don't cover it. She defused my hair until it was completely dry then she put in mousse. Then she scrunched it. and the layers that she put in are like stairsteps. at least she listen to me when I said I didn't want to lose a bunch of of length, so it's not that much shorter.
