Trying out steaming!
Ion Miracle LI spray made my hair super soft, but it was just a bit too heavy for me. BUT, take for granted that 9.5/10 things weigh my hair down. I liked the way it made my hair feel but it was just too heavy no matter how little I sprayed. So, I returned it to Sally's. With the club card it was like $7 and change.
I used the recoil with it the other day but since the curl trigger was drying for u i figure the recoil would be too :-/
I used it with tresemee as a leave in

I used my SM soufflé today, but added it to a small dollop of gel with a small pinch of Epsom - WOW SHRINKAGE!!

Still plopping, but we'll see how it turns out!! Hoping this can sub for the curl trigger. Being poor sucks.

Watch - it'll be great today, bc I have to go run a dance rehearsal (so nowhere special to go) and we have a wind advisory today, which means it will get blown out anyhow. Lol!

Oils - MO!, EVOO, jojoba, GSO, SM Elixer, EVCO, VO5 Hairdressing
aw Jas. I tried the trigger hoping that if it works I can just do the epsom salt. man. It's amazing so let me know how the epsom turns out.

As far as dryness, I dont have any dryness this morning, but my 2nd day hair is not fantastic. It might be that I had it up a LONG time and then worked out in my pineapple though. We'll see after I fix it up.
Can you spritz with water to reactivate it? or do you need to re-apply?

I have to wash my hair everyday anyway, so I don't know if it can be reactivated :-/

And I'm a dance teacher, husband's a music teacher, and we have 2yr old twins. So loving an expensive product, especially given my hair is very long and dense, is not an option!

So far so good with the Epsom and soufflé! If it works out well I'll fill you in on the details!

It's so easy to get caught up in the product hunt & lose sight of our priorities. I keep myself to a strict budget to ensure I don't get carried away. And every so often I have to force myself to step away from the keyboard!

Well, my Epsom experiment is a flop, only because today was too windy to maintain any type of hairstyle! Lol!
So I'll try again in a couple days!

ok, here's pics of me with the curl trigger.

and my previous best hair day.

The thing I think it helps the most is my lazy sections in the front and side that are damaged from LOTS of straightening. But It helps all over, fo rme.

I got rid of my curl trigger. After some time I found recoil and gel was enough. Now I just use recoil and a Spanish hair gel I found in tjmaxx
