Set Me Up Mousse

Oh my, this stuff is freaking awesome! I read some discussions on it and I finally bought it and tried it out over the weekend. This is my third day using it. I get no frizz, nice hold and the hold is enough that I don't need to add in any hairspray to keep my style. Plus I can scrunch out the stiffness without losing the shape. This stuff is the best and it's cheap. I think I will be giving up my Jessicurl combo for this (except of course for Too Shea because that is just the best condish). I just had to share

Rednaturalcurls, how is it working for you today? Do you think it would work for a 2c/3a wavy looking for volume and curl definition with a little hold? I don't need any of those non-moisturizing "moisturizing" ingredients, if you know what I mean.

I don't really mind if it doesn't have as much hold - that's what gel is for anyway!

Here are the ingredients, anything non-CG in here?
Water , Isobutane , Polyquaternium-4 , Propane , Bambusa Vulgaris Leaf Stem Extract , Cereus Grandiflorus Flower Extract Cactus , Fragrance , Propylene Glycol , C9-11 Pareth-8 , DMDM Hydantoin , Disodium EDTA , Citric Acid

Has anyone else experimented with this yet? Opinions?

It is still working for me. I am so happy to find something that I don't have to finish off with hairspray just to keep the shape. I am not sure how it would work for a wavy though. You might try Body Envy instead. Alot of the curlies thought it worked just as well as Set Me Up, but it is a volumizing type. I didn't go for it just for that reason. I really don't need more volume.

Not sure about the CG thing. I believe it is CG safe but I don't follow CG, I just keep trying stuff till I find something that works. Hope that helps!
