I love v05 kiwi lime and vanilla mint conditioners for co-washing, and I bought a different type of VO5 and I'm unsure of whether it is also cg friendly. I compared the ingredient lists and they are different. Can anyone tell me if this is cg?

I think it is. Don't see any silicones. Also it has biotin, shea butter, panthenol and keratin which are great ingredients.

It's not CG friendly; it has alcohol denat, a drying alcohol.

However I've found that if a drying alcohol like denat is very low in the ingredient list, it's no big deal for me at all. But everyone('s hair) is different.

Is that the Shea cashmere one? I thought about buying it until I saw the alcohol denat on the ingredients list. It's pretty low on the list, but my hair seriously hates drying alcohols so I steered clear. I'm a vo5 junkie btw if you can't tell by my signature

Sorry I spoke too soon. Didn't catch that drying alcohol. I try to avoid them too. I wanted to try Shea Moisture's Restorative Elixir but it has SD 40 in it so I'm steering clear.

Shea cashmere is a once a week HG rinse out for me! Love VO5!!! The alcohol gives me not one issue, but then again, I rinse it all out. I think some drying alcohols are included in products to help emulsify? I could b wrong, but it's good to me
