So, half a good hair day.

I tried a new mixture today for my DT, which got cut short (but that's an entirely different story).

It was basically TNNM + EVOO + a few drops of jojoba + Honey.

I must have, however, either applied it or washed it out unevenly, because one side of my hair had more shrinkage, dried faster, looked frizzy, but the other side was practically perfect (good clumping, no frizz, soft ringlets). I think one side might have OC'ed, but I'm giving it another try tomorrow, and doing either more sections (I did two), or none.

This mixture, on both sides, made my hair soft and really easy to detangle, though; it made me almost me feel like I had fine hair. And I have coarse, wiry hair that's low porosity and tangles in the back whenever I forget to put my hair into a high pony under my sleeping cap...

Anyone else ever have a "half-good hair day?"

Definitely. Sometimes one side of my hair looks exactly as I want and the other side looks psychotic.

Protein sensitive but can use occasionally
Highly porous. Color over grey.
I love all the Curl Junkie products and use CJ CCCL as my main styler. Still hoping for 2nd day hair....
Every day is a gift
Yup! If it plopped funny, or if I over diffused one side, or just touched one side too much, even!
