It is possible, or it could be that you have buildup(product or mineral deposits) and as a result, the hair isn't responding to it like it did in the beginning. Maybe you can clarify(follow with a good dt), and then try it out again. That is, if you aren't on the CG routine. Sometimes starting with a clean slate is better when trying out a new product.
I've used the Alba leave in a few years ago and really liked it. It was creamy and gave me chunky curls. I think one of the reasons I stopped using it was because of it's size(relative to cost), and the fact that at the time, I had to order it online.
I know that is has a cone, but I didn't experience any buildup using this. But I also shampooed once a week(sometimes more).
ETA: Okay, I just checked the ingredients for the S&S, and I definitely think you have buildup. The very first ingredient is one of the hardest silicones to remove from the hair, unless you use a stronger shampoo.

The A cone in S&S and C&S conditioners can be removed with cocobetaine which is present in no poo.
It might not be moisturizing enough for winter. My hair is not happy with the dry spell we're having. I leave all my rinse out in and then use a leave in and still it's barely enough lately.
I thought I had buildup and poo'd but that just made things worse so I had to DT and add some oil to my conditioner to help out.
I've not use a lot of leave ins since in the summer I rarely needed them and I'm in the land of mostly summer. I do know though that the Curl Junkie hibiscus banana leave in for fine hair is absolutely wonderful

You mean the low-poo, right? No poo doesn't have any cleansing agents in it.

Yea, I was thinkin you might have build up too. Maybe you may need to to use a gentle shampoo.

HI AGAIN,
Thank you for response. I do shampoo once a week with Aubrey product, which I love very much. So maybe I need to switch my leave in conditioner. What do you suggest?
Thanks again,
Sima

Sometimes, too, you are conditioned enough. I find I don't have to use a leave in or even a rinse out every time I wet my hair.
Just a thought. I have never gotten buildup from S&S, FWIW.

Re: hi
There's a place on the web page to contact them. The only ingredient that gives me pause is alcohol denat and witch hazel extract.

Have you tried Garnier Fructis soft curl creme? It is my favorite. It gets totally rid of the frizz and gives me nice defined curls.
