I really dnt kno how to keep my hair moisturize
My hair looses its pattern when wet cause of my heat damage

My hair is thin not sure y. I think cause of all the straighting I was doing.how can I get my hair back ? Heard jbco good for thickin ur hair but what bout growth? But im scared to use it cause my hair is thin idk
Any tips ladies
If your having a problem with a limp curl pattern from heat damage maybe try a protein treatment followed by a deep moisturising treatment? The gelatin protein treatment has made my hair very happy indeed! And it's dead cheap so try googling it
Hi,

I second the suggestion for protein treatment + deep conditioning treatment.

Also, to keep moisture in, sealing is amazing. You can search this site for ''sealing hair''. I also have fin hair btw, and I use Jamaican Black Castor oil, and my hair LOVES it. And it really made my hair grow faster.

I was thinkin bout start sealing with coconut oil but its cold out n I kno coconut oil gets hard so idk if coconut best for winter
It's literally the gelatin that you would find on your supermarket shelf I buy the box of sachets and use one full sachet at a time. As for how often, some people like to do it once a month, but it's trial and error, I'm going to try using it every 2 weeks. If you overload on protein and it goes hard and dry, it should feel hard even when wet supposedly so just follow it up with a deep conditioning to combat that.

I use Jamaican Black castor oil on my scalp. I dilute it with some coconut oil because JBCO is so thick. I use coconut oil with it because it can penetrate the hair shaft and my hair likes it. Also, it's less greasy than olive oil.
I apply it everyday before I go to bed. I massage my scalp with it (massaging your scalp may also stimulate hair growth).

Iv tried mixing up an egg treatment but found the gelatin more effective, I always keep it in my cupboard now I use it to make my own pore strips for blackheads too.
