Help? :D Shampoo recommendation to remove occasional silicon products?

I got a concert coming up in little over a month and I know I will have to use some sort of silicon. There will be moshing, and sweat (ugh.. ew xD ).... I mean I'm not gonna look great for the whole concert but for at least half of the night I'd like to look alright. I'm pretty sure a low poo won't clean my hair well enough.

I plan on using a product called Pure Shine Polishing Serum. This stuff was my hold grail over the summer.

Ingredients:
Cyclomethicone, Dimethiconol, Silk Amino Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Extract, Grape Seed oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Phenyl, Fragrance, Dioctyl Sebacate

I might use a hair spray too.

If you have an recommendation for a gentle shampoo for occasional silicons I'd love to hear. Or if you have anything to stop the frizz without using silicons. I''ve got 2b/2c hair. :D

I am not sure, but I just bought trader joes ttt shampoo. It has a harsh sulfate in it, but its in the last half of ingredients. I don't know if it would be strong enough or not, but it would likely be more gentle than the shampoos that have the 2nd ingredient a harsh sulfate. Still a newbie, so keep that in mind :)
