Curlies in Dove Pro-Age ads

Have you seen the two beautiful ladies with the gorgeous curls in their ads? One is a redhead with beautiful corkscrews, which you can see here:

And the other is a brunette with glossy, loose 2c/3a's:

Makes ya wonder right? I would think so for the ads...that mousse is probably what did it *needs to check that mousse out*

Haha, I always wonder whether the models in the hair commercials actually use the products they're advertising.

Know what? I tried to use the moisturizing line before going CG and they did nothing good at all for my hair, not even the condish. Plus they all have cones anyway so no dice now either. Kinda disappointing really, I like the bar soap, tho not on my face like my grams used to. I get breakouts, but bodywise, smooooth....lol
I must give Dove serious props however, their Real Beauty campaign is really good. Very good "alterna-beauty" commercials and ads.

The Dove shampoos (including this line) all have super-drying sulfates. The conditioners all seemed to have cyclopentasiloxane, which is great for straightening but gave me hrrible cone build up. I would not call this a curl-friendly line.

These frauds! That's true that they got harsh ingredients in their products. Those curls are to die for though...I wonder whats he REALLY uses...
