Default Spring/Summer Regimens

I was just wondering what everyone was doing for their curls as it gets warmer.

For me i think im just going to go back to the CG method or just go back to using my staples. I have been trying different products and they've been either drying out my hair or are just moisturizing enough.
Im going back to using Tresseme Naturals conditioner and perhaps easing up on gels if i could find a good curl defining cream....idk yet.

I know im going back to co- washing daily tho.

Not a lot! Other than enjoying the springer curls and using less heavy creams, I'm not even using a leave in the past couple of washes.

I don't really get a "summer" here in FL but the air becomes very humid during hurricane season. I always find that hard hold gel is the only thing that works for me. Usually I go without leave-in, and don't step out unless my hair is 100% dry. 2nd day hair is rare so I have to come up with ways to style droopy curls in ponys, updos or braids. Plus, it is so frikken hot. Sticky, sweaty hair sticking to my back is not fun

Marci....u must mean we don't really get a "spring" bc we DEFINITELY get a summer! Lol! Im a native here and even for me it can get too hot.

Im going to try to not use gel so much tho, but i might have to.

Hahaha I actually think our spring is nice. But summer isn't like "real" summer to me because it rains so much. And yes, it is way, WAY too hot. As much as I would want to use no gel, it is a must. Also, I found there is no such thing as too much gel if I want to fight frizz in the heat. I use a ridiculous amount of product, probably a few tablespoons. I wish I could go without it :-/
