Better (more CG) curl perfecting spray than frizz ease

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has any experience using John Frieda's Frizz Ease Dream Curls Curl Perfecting Spray. So, it works great for my hair--3a, fine to medium, high porosity--but it's not a CG product and I don't want to put all those chemicals in my curls!

I'm looking for one or two products that would have the same effect. It was great as a styler--mostly for frizz and some definition when wet. I'm also interested in a 2nd day refresher.

My products--Jessicurl hair cleansing cream, Too shea conditioner, D/C, rockin' ringlets potion and Aveda's Be Curly Cream.

Has anyone transitioned away from this spray with success?

Thanks!! :)

Idk if you need it like with a hold, or just to tame frizzies, but if it's the frizzies option. I have the loreal eversleek frizz taming serum. It's like 6 bucks, 2 ounces and lasts foreverrrrr. I put it on my DRY hair all the time to tame occasional frizz and it's amazing.
