Default Protein treatment

I have been natural for about 2 months now and i was wondering how will i know if my hair likes protein treatments.

The best thing you can do is learn more about your hair. Here's a link to help you determine your properties Live Curly Live Free - Curly Hair Basics Once you determine your properties, you can look for folks with hair like yours and see what they use (in signatures.) It will also help people, help you when you ask a question.

Fine and/or porous hair generally like/need protein.

My fine/low porosity hair never met a protein it didn't like. I do at least one PT a week and use a lot of products with protein.

You won't know until you try! Every one is different. Start with a "light" treatment (maybe just a conditioner with a lot of protein), and see if you like the results. If so, try a stronger PT next time.
