Sticky Greasy Hair from Hair Spray- Mystery Ingredient?!

I need some help for a friend. She used some hairspray and ever since has had sticky greasy hair. Nothing can cut that stuff - even baking soda didn't work. Here are the ingredients of the spray she used (below) Does anybody know what would help with this?!?!

Ethanol, Propane, Butane, Methacryloyl, Ethyl Betaine/Acrylates Copolymer, Cyclopentasyloxane, Triacetin, Fragrance, Propylene Glycol, Aqua, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed silk, Hydrolyzed Extensin, Vitamine (A, D, E, K) / Dimethicone / Behenamidopropyl Dimethylamine Behenate/ Hydrolyzed Wheat protein, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Human Hair Keratin, PEG - 8

Cyclopentasyloxane is one of the more difficult 'cones to remove. Baking soda wouldn't do it. From the reading I did, it may need a few washings with a strong surfactant.

I'm not sure what a surfactant is? Any product suggestions? Or what ingredients is she looking for?

Depending on what she wants to do, she needs to read up on the ingredients to avoid. If she wants to use sulfates, she can use anything. If she wants to follow a CG or modified CG regime, she can't.
