Default LALS vs LALPS and protein

Ok. So I have both, use and love both.

I have heard on here a few people say that LALPS is very protein heavy (fine by me!!!), but when I look at ingredients, it seems that LALS has more protein? Can someone straighten me out on this? I'm confused!!

I'm a terrible at acronym-speak (lol) so I'm not sure, are these conditioners? You're right though, the LALPS one doesn't even contain protein. LALS isn't protein heavy (nothing hydrolyzed) but at least it contains 2.

Oh sorry! These are gels - LA Looks Sport and LA Looks Power Spikes.

Thanks for the response! I need to go check my bottles upstairs to see if those lists are current and accurate.

Ok. So I looked at my bottles, and the ingredients are close to what was listed online, but not exact.

LALPS does have protein - keratin amino acids - but LALS has that much higher in the ingredients list, and has that second protein listed, as well.

So funny bc I had heard more than once on here how "protein heavy" LALPS is, but it really isn't at all, and has less than LALS!

Now, I WISH it was protein heavy, bc my hair LOVES protein, but for those concerned about it, it seems it should not be such a concern.

what's also interesting to me about those two gels is that L.A. Looks Sport seems to have more ingredients for hold than the L.A. Looks Power Spike gel. Seems to have more humectants as well.. its almost like the names should be switched
