Default change in hair texture

Lately my hair has become curlier, the last four years of my life, after my third daughter, and it's stayed that way. However, I also notice more of my strands have less texture, slightly more like medium thickness in the strands, but when I run my finger over it, it's less texture (if you know what I mean). Does that mean I'm aging because they've changed texture?? This change along with the white hairs I"m acquiring is freaking me out at 32 years old, I don't want to think I'm going through changes in hair that shouldn't start until 40+ Just curious. wondering if there are any other temporary factors that can cause a change in hair texture.
