Default sulfates, cones, and splits?

Wow, I haven't been here for a long time! I got grounded but I'm still modified CG. Any new hair info? I'm running out of brands that have no sulfates or cones in their shampoo and conditioner. I've tried Activate, Burt's Bees, and Giovanni. I want to try more. Any suggestions?

Also, I've been trying to get that darn hair cutting book for dummies, but it's been hard since my parents won't let me trim my own hair. Does anyone have the directions for regular long layers? Like the one where you put a ponytail right on top of your head. I have the scissors. I'm starting to see split ends.

Thanks! I missed this place so much.
