I would. You paid for this. There's no reason why they can't resend it and work with you to make sure you get it.

I sent mine on May 17 and I live in mississippi. I still haven't received my results. Last week I sent an email asking if they received my samples and no reply. Today makes three weeks since I sent my samples. I hope they received them.

really strange that it's me that is saying that, considering that after 7 weeks I haven't got results yet but:
geminikiss, you reaaally shouldn't worry yet...
They tell on the website that it's absolutely normal that you have to wait 3-4 weeks. What did you expect? To have your results the next week?

No, I was expecting at least an email by now saying they received my samples so I know it didn't get lost in the mail or something.

oh but they don't do that I know they got my sample, but I only now it since may 25th because I sent them an email. They answered my email like 10 days later or so...
I immediately answered on may 25th, and haven't heard of them since ...

I think their hair analysis will be good though (at least good quality price, Komaza's more detailed but you need to pay more, and theirs is correct as well). But they don't really seem to have an appropiate emailservice...
What mailadress did you send your email to?

I've sent mine to
- the sales address
- their info address
- Mary Pat's mailadress...

I'm thinking of stalking their facebookpage next, but I don't like to do that since that seems like a big bad reaction on their page, which it is not.
I'm still recommending their hair analysis, even though it takes a looong time with mine. I haven't really heard stories like mine, so I think it's my bad luck as usual.
Therefore I'm still recommending their analysis, but I would definitely like to get my results finally...
I ordered the analysis because I felt I needed it so I would really like to get the results, the faster the better.

I already had that feeling after 5 weeks, but then I was like: don't expect too much, a delay is always possible, stop whining.

Now I don't feel like I'm whining anymore since 9 weeks definitely is a long time.

I emailed the info one. I hope you receive yours soon. 9 weeks is a loooong time. I think I would rip my hair out by then from being so frustrated. Lol.

Neleke, honestly I think it's horrible that they haven't replied to you yet. I can't believe a customer service level where they can't even answer a simple email. It makes it even worse that they claim to have already sent your analysis weeks ago, when clearly they haven't (if they had, they would have been able to re-send the original email immediately). I don't know what you should do, but I certainly won't be recommending the livecurlylivefree analysis to any of my friends anytime soon.

I've had enough... put a post on the LCLF fbpage, since they still replied to some things (good recommendations and so on) on their FB page yesterday. I was very neutral like "could you please reply to my mail?" (but a bit longer) so I definitely did not "hurt" the company. If I don't have my results in 3 weeks, maybe I'll not be so friendly anymore... And normally I'm a very patient person when it comes to other people, but I'm in exams

Woohoo!
Ok, update..
I haven't got the analysis yet, but at least there's some sign of life!
6 hours ago I posted on their fb wall that I emailed them and that I would like it if they replied. 10 minutes ago I got a FBreply on my post, that she just saw the mail now, and that she will be emailing me shortly.
At least it's a sign of life

So, for people who try to reach them: you get way faster answers on their fb wall. But pleaaase wait until you've sent your analysis at least 4-5 weeks, otherwise they will probably get crazy about the questions on fb and will probably not answer those either anymore.
4 weeks is really normal, and I can understand that they do not send an email to everyone whose sample has arrived. That takes time as well and I have heard they really are busy
But in case of problems and in case they don't read their emails (which seems to be the case, definitely): go to their fbpage... (but always keep friendly, it's out in the open!)

That's rather fast! Be happy!
So... I contacted them on fb, they replied, I replied, they replied. They sent me the email again, I didn't get it again (and I really believe them this time, since my friend tried to send me an email and I got it like... half an hour later). I just gave them my other emailadress now. We'll see and hope

I signed up for the Komaza analysis today. They opened it up today for 20 purchases only. I filled out a very detailed questionnaire that covered nutritional issues as well as hair care ones.

I noticed Komaza upped their prices to $85! One still gets a discount with a referral code (I think $5) so make sure you guys use one.

Keep us updated with your analysis CurlyGrey3 if you remember!

It looks like Komaza is sold out for the month.

I haven't heard anything back since submitting my survey. It says I should receive instructions by email on submitting my sample. If I don't hear anything in a few days I'll contact them to see what the next step is.
