Deva Dryer

I ended up with the devafuser attachment via the swap board...yay!!!!
I didn't want to buy the dryer only because I just bought a good hair dryer last year from folica, this Solia. The diffuser fits perfectly on it....

I have the Deva blowdryer and the Deva hand diffuser. Really like the hand diffuser but the combo take too long to dry if I don't use them in conjunction w/ a bowl diffuser and another dryer. So when I'm wearing my hair curly, I need to use two different dryers and two differnt diffusers. Takes up a lot of space on my counter but this foursome produces the best and fastest results.

I don't LOVE the Deva blowdryer but the hand diffuser would not have fit on the other blowdryer I already had. If an adapter or a better fitting hand design would have been available, I would not have bought the Deva blowdryer. But whatever. It is what it is and the results are worth the extra expense up front, I guess.

I love my diffuser! I'm so glad I bought it. It really helps with my roots which usually take forever to dry.

I'm with Spiderlashes (great name, btw) on this. I like the deva fuser a lot but it takes a while to dry my hair. Using a bowl diffuser helps speed the process considerably. I have one that fits over the deva dryer so I can at least avoid using two dryers. I think the deva fuser gives nice curls and lift through the crown and let's me skip clipping. If you can find just the defuser and it will work w your dryer that's a good option. I needed a dryer anyway so I bought the whole package and I am happy with it, but it dries bit slower than my T3 did.
Frankly, I would have drawn the line at two dryers. It's enough to have to "cocktail" products, rinse in a particular direction, scrunch at a specific degree of wetness, etc. I need to find the "unnaturally curly" website at the rate I'm going.
2b/2c ( weather permitting - 3a), fine texture but lots of it, colored and highlights, BSL.
Experimenting w CG since Oct 2012

Current rotation:
cowash= TN
AG Gel Mousse, LA Gel,
DT = Coconut oil (love)
Oh I definitely use my bowl diffuser. But it doesn't pop off the Deva dryer like it did my old Revlon. Switching out diffusers is not that big a deal. Hmmm my hair dries faster. Or it seems like it.

I also switched from mousse to gels since i bought the deva dryer so maybe thats adding to the time. They seem to take longer than mousse to dry in my hair. I will switch back at some point and add a follow up post if it speeds things up. The experiment continues.....

Gel definitely adds time. No doubt about it. I always do a good gentle sloooow towel scrunch one last time before diffusing to suck up a little extra moisture and excess product.
