Clueless on being natural

I have to admit I am a dummy clueless when it comes to taking care my hair I did the BC went completely bald one year ago because my hair was so damaged from the bond in styles so much bonding glue I had patches took out my edges so I went bald my hair now haven't grown that much its about 3 inches long its 4c type hair very coarse n DRY DRY DRY N CRUNCHY I don't like it I haven't embraced it I just to get a perm n b done with it ugh I don't know when I'm suppose to wash with shampoo OR CONDITIONER or should I even use shampoo don't know what oils to use or wat sealing is or Co wash wash n go Nothing!!!! should I b twisting everynight n wrapping it or WHAT SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME EMBRACE MY NAPPY FRO N WAT PRODUCTS TO USE N HOW OFTEN PLEASE

If you let us know your current routine/ products and hair properties that would be helpful, everyone with natural hair does not follow the same routine or use the same products.
2a-2c, medium texture, porous/ colour treated. Three years CG. Past bra strap length heading for waist.

CO-wash: Inecto coconut/ Elvive Volume Collagen
Treatments: Komaza Care Matani, coconut/ sweet almond/ fractionated coconut oils, Hairveda Sitrinillah
Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss Ultimate Volume, various Elvive
Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Au Naturale styling gelee
Flour sack towel, pixie diffuse or air dry.
Experimenting with: benign neglect
