Thumbs down Heat Free Hair Movement - for Kinks?

Hi there,

Has anyone tried the Heat Free Hair Movement for Kinks collection?? I had an awful experience with the compnay and the hair and would like to know what others have experienced... so far I've only found a few reviews online, but they were a bit vague. Thanks so much :-)

Default For Kinks Collection

I've had Kinks in for almost 3 months. The hair can be very challenging to deal with. And the directions that come with the hair are only partially helpful. The company is also challenging to deal with. They were clearly unprepared to deal with the volume of purchases and interest in the hair.

I have enjoyed the hair very much. But I definitely had to figure out my own regimen. But I have done well. I will be removing and reinstalling this same hair in about 2 weeks.

There are a few other companies that I will probably get my next hair from. From reviews I've read, privatestock (also black owned), kinkycurlyyaki (black owned) and onyc all have excellent delivery times and wonderful customer service. And some have many more options for kinky hair.

I hope this helps. I'm happy to answer any other questions! Us kinkies gotta curl together.

Wink Thanks :0)

Thank you so much for your reply. I ended up biting the bullet and getting ONYC which I LOVE! It's a much looser curl than my hair but it is such excellent quality hair and so versitile - well worth the money. Anywho, HFHM did send me replacement bundles and the new hair I received is like night and day from the first batch. I have it installed now and it's been a completely different experience. I washed it yesterday and it didn't dread up and was easy to detangle! Although I won't be buying from HFHM again, I'm happy I was able to get more bundles so I didn't feel like I wasted my money. Thanks again for your feedback and good luck!
