Round 2, Day 3 (part 2). Woohoo! I got to redeem myself after this morning debacle. CJ Gentle Cleansing Shampoo, SS Caitlin's Conditioner (rinsed out completely). SS Protein Treatment combed in as LI, SS CEJ mixed with SS FHG. Gently squeezed out some extra water with flour sack towel and diffused without plopping. 7 Day Challenge - who's up for it?-imageuploadedbycurltalk1371086967.100763.jpg7 Day Challenge - who's up for it?-imageuploadedbycurltalk1371086978.345644.jpg7 Day Challenge - who's up for it?-imageuploadedbycurltalk1371086990.891913.jpg

Haha I had a day 2 part 2 also. My waves really fell by the time inane home for lunch. So while it was heating I spritzed down my front pieces and scrunched in a burr load of SSCEJ scrunched and blasted that part with a bowl diffuser.

Cowashed with AO GPB, used SSCT OHRR (not sure what the abbreviation for shescentit orka hair repair reconstructor) as LI then raked in CK Coil Jam, plopped then air dried, pineappled over night. Hair was still damp this morning, let it air dry til dry. I did no scrunching or diffusing.

Let me know what you honestly think please. May give this a go every now and then.

Funny when I saw your pics i thought the same thing - I've had her cut it in a similar way before but I think it was a little longer. Either way.. it will definitely be better!!

Round 2 Day 2:

Haircut day! Went to a deva certified salon today for my first ever dry cut, and it actually went fairly well. She told me about the devacurl method and i said how I was already mostly going CG. Obviously she cut my hair dry and then styled it. I realized I'm not a huge fan of clipping (especially at this length) nor scruching at this length, it just makes it look wonky so I rewet and styled it myself at home. MUCH BETTER! The first picture is of when I get home and the next ones are all just now after work (used deva styling cream and the ultra defining gel). Now I just have to force my part on the other side because I like my "bangs" to go towards the side with more hair.

Very cute! I've gotten to where I make my appointments at a time when i can go straight home. I dont have her style at all- i leave wet and drive straight home and sytle myself. It saves time for both of us.

That's a good idea! This was my first devacut so I kind of wanted to see how they would suggest styling. She gave good suggestions but I think they would work better once my hair is longer. The next couple appointments are just trims so she'll just cut it dry and ill go home and style it which works for me

Day 4: I'm really not loving my hair today. Usually my day 2 is my best hair. Less volume but more definition. Today it's just wonky. Not enough to be "bad" but not what I'd expected to wake up to. Took down pineapple, smoothed over a few drops of coconut oil to smooth frizz.

Round 2, Day 4. Up late last night so I took my hair down from pineapple and gently smoothed and did some light finger combing. Might need to add some CIAB before the end of the day, but I can't complain considering this is basically straight out of the pineapple hair.

Day 3 day2 hair. Squirted down scrunched in SSCEJ & SSFHG. Kept dunking length in a glass to try and clump. Diffused the heck out of it. Included second pic just cause is made me laugh. I didn't realize how I was feeling. Saw it and thought yep. That's what I think about my hair.

Ok..this is my 3rd time trying to post from my phone. The app keeps closing on me..

Glad the week is almost over
Day6: with Day 1 hair
low poo with TJ TTT, R/O with suave coconut. smoothed in CK CJ with okra gel on top. Diffused til 90% dry and pineappled overnight. In AM smoothed on Okra reconstructor and more okra gel(used my new bacth with agave nectar and grapeseed oil) diffused 5 mins then SOTC.

I have a side pic-but the app is running crappy and not letting me download my other pic. UGH

Shelly, I think we seriously could be hair twins. I believe we've talked about that earlier in a hair bio thread, but apart from properties and such, it just looks alike!

Your hair is gorgeous, by the way

Day 3: it's 3rd day hair for me. Last night I spritzed with water and YTcarrots condish to give moisture, then scrunched in a little JCNS to seal. This morning I put it in a bun and spritzed the bangs section and scrunched a bit. It's supposed to be another hot day today and I'm outside all day for my job. : )7 Day Challenge - who's up for it?-imageuploadedbycurltalk1371138408.831024.jpg7 Day Challenge - who's up for it?-imageuploadedbycurltalk1371138482.455954.jpg

Day 7-8
Soo i forgot to post yesterday I was very busy.
I had a job interview, and my hair was in a tight bun on my twist out from the day before.
I didn't take a picture of the bun but this is what it looked like after I took the bun out
