I hope the moderators are paying attention. I realize they'd have to overhaul the site (which is not fun) but it'd be much more streamlined and educational overall.

I agree, we're probably just going to have to pick one and start using it and hope for the best though.
They seem pretty invested in the curl type thing, CurlMart bases most recommendations on curl type, the frizz forecast only asks for curl type and when you sign up they practically demand your curl type.

Vive la Revolution!!!

Lynaea, M makes more sense indeed, now that you mention it :-)

I agree, it would be a great investment and addition to the site.

I like Lauraimes' idea, and I completely agree with Dusa. It would be great if NC.com would pick up on this. I think this is a consistent idea and because of that it might even be easier to comprehend for newbies. I also believe that it would be convenient and educational to use for this website.

So, with which system are we going?

M MP HE HD
or
M 2P 3E iii
or
M MP HE iii
?

Of course, other suggestions and ideas are still welcome.

I'll edit the starting post when we've come to a consensus ^^

I vote for the system I came up with, haha. Curious to see what's going to happen and if NC's going to pick up on it. Hope they will!

Well I sort of voted already but I'm still for Laura's 'first letter' idea.

I already changed my siggy

Lovely siggies, ladies. I'm fixing mine now. Only way to start a revolution is from the inside-out. Hopefully naturally curly will take note and realize properties are boss.
