Wash and go's are great but they only last that day, os it okay to co wash every morning, side effects? Other options?

As long as your hair doesn't end up over conditioned there's no harm in daily co-washing. I've always cleansed my hair daily, sometimes co-washing, sometimes low-poo, and my hair is still in excellent condition.

When I first started CG I was cowashing daily for a few weeks bc I was doing a lot of experimenting. My hair didn't get overconditioned but if yours does, just throw in the occasional low poo or clarifier.

Your hair ends up very soft- mushy is the best way to describe it. Some people see increased frizz that looks like the strands of hair are repelling each other. Curl pattern will usually also appear looser. People with finer texture and/or lower porosity hair seem to be most susceptible, but it can happen with other hair types as well.

You could get hygral fatigue from daily washing, more likely if you have damaged or porous hair
THE NATURAL HAVEN: Does your hair have hygral fatigue?
Mineral Oil Versus Coconut Oil: Which is better?

CO-wash: Inecto coconut
Treatments: Komaza Matani, coconut oil, Hairveda Sitrinillah
Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss ultimate volume, Inecto argan
Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Boots Essentials gel
Experimenting with: going back to basics
