So then i discovered Naturally Curly. And since they have a i've decided to ask you guys. I would really like to know what to do thanks :wav:

This is a photo of me with my extensions in. As you can see around the edges my hair is dry, brittle, and sheds.

Welcome!

The most important aspect of good hair care is understanding the basics. This is a good place to start: Live Curly Live Free - Curly Hair Basics Next you should figure out your hair properties. Figuring them out will help you best select products for your hair. Once you think you got them, you can look around the boards for members with similar hair (look at the siggies) and see what they're using.

If your hair is dry, you'll need to start doing some deep treatments (DTs). Some home-made, inexpensive treatments include olive oil + honey, coconut oil, or a very moisturizing conditioner with a bit of oil added (I would recommend olive or coconut). You can search for recipes or products on this site.

Do visit the newbies section and read the stickies there. It will have lots of useful information!

Try some hot oil treatments, and deep conditioning! If you're feeling your hair is often too dry, over moisturize it!! Lol, really though!
