It's Dr. Miracle's curl care strong hold gel. I don't see any cones but am I missing them?

Deionized Water (Aqua), Glycerine, Polysorbate - 20, VP/ VA copolymer, Honey, PVP, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Silk, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A Palmitate), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate), Biotin, Panthenol, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Menthol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Fragrance, Benzyl Benzoate, Citral, Citronellol, d-Limonene, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamal (Hexyl Cinnamic Aldehyde), Linalool

No silicones but a lot of humectants, glycerin is the second ingredient plus honey and the proteins. Might dehydrate your hair in certain humidities/ dew points.

Glycerin can be an enemy in either very high, or very low, dews. In low dews, if you use too many humectants, your hair has more moisture than the air, and the air "steals" the moisture from your hair leaving frizz. In high dews, the opposite happens. If the humidity and your hair's moisture levels match, then generally everything is happy.
