Ooh do them make hair dryers that plug in the car? I'd do it!

I don't know if they make hair dryers for in cars but you can buy converters that use a regular plug and convert to a cigarette lighter plug. I use one for my computer.

Definitely going to check this out!... But why do the things that really work have to look so goofy? I already get comments when i walk around in my plopping "bonnet" ... Can't wait to see the comments on this one. Thanks for sharing.

I use big rollerjaw clips, will it fit on my hair when it is clipped up? sometimes I hate waiting for my hair to dry naturally...

I use a soft hat to DC my hair, but I could never use it to dry my hair. It's a steamy environment and my curls flatten to my head.

It should work! They cover roller sets according to the box

Oh, I really want this thing! I just have to decide if it will be worth the humiliation I'm gonna get from hubby and sons. One question--how many ventilation holes are there?

Ffft... at the beginning of the tube, about 16 holes. Then none for the rest of the tube (otherwise not enough air would get to the hood), and I'm going to guestimate that the hood itself has at least over 80 ventilation holes.

And wow good idea girls I will defnitely start using this thing in the car once I can lol

Thank you so much for the information. I'm going to order one and try it out.

I don't think you could use it in the car, though. You'd get pulled over, and if it's obscuring your hearing at all you'll probably get a ticket...after the cop stops laughing, that is.

I've been using one of these for a while. I usually only use it if my hair isn't dry by the end of the day. It does flatten my hair and I kind of get helmet hair, but it's fine after I SOTC.

Aqua_Lily, so you flip your head over and then put it on? So it's kind of like plopping? I might try it that way.

@SpiralSpunk:

Yup, that's how I do it! I bend my head over and put the hood over my hair/head.

This thing seems awesome! Do I understand correctly that it is kind of like diffusing? It provides heat to dry but not a bunch of strong air that is going to blow the curls out straight?

Yup! It's kind of like diffusing and every section is dried at the same time! It definitely does not blow the curls out straight, at all :O my hair is curlier than usual when I use this thing.

I can't stop calling it ''thing''. Lol!
