I love KC come clean with a little baking soda. But this is only once a month. I really like using SM co-wash. I am going to try them AsIAm co-wash.

Ummm those aren't the same products, unless I missed something in that thread.

I know this an old thread but I just ordered the Palmers to try it out. It doesn't have cones and it does have coco betaine. I was thinking that I could rotate it with my Curl Junkie Daily Fix which is more expensive.

I switch between deva low poo and jessicurl gentle lather cleanser. I can't say I prefer one over the other but find that switching between the two leads to consistent results.

PS I have fine hair and switching to low poo was great for me! I was also getting overconditioned.
