Free & Clear Hair Styling Gel
So I was pretty happy with the way things were going with the gelee I'm current using...until I noticed a rash on the back of my neck (right where my wet hair drips). I can't sneak linalool past my skin. I'm pretty hit and miss with fragrance, it really depends on where the particular component is being derived. I'm much more allergic to natural ingredients than synthetic ones. Anywho, I'll probably stop using it just to make sure a plant branch didn't dangle down and touch me. I'm serious. I don't want to falsely blame hair product.
In the mean time it seems like a perfectly good time to be a product junkie. I've used free and clear before. The shampoo and I did not get along because of the salt, but aside from that I like the concept of line. I've never tried the gel and I was wondering if any curlies here have. The general comments suggest it may be weaker than most gels, which could be a good thing since those reviewers are probably not applying it to their entire head and aren't looking for the flexible hold we are.
