Oh and I will definitely clarify and start over tomorrow. What would you recommend for a regular PT? I have done the yogurt/egg/evoo combo, should I continue on with that but more frequently? Or is there a good premade pt?

2BC/f/II. fine - low/normal porosity - medium density - normal elasticity.

Currently using:
Cowash: Cure Care diluted with water 1:1
RO: Cure Care, V05 Kiwi Lime
Styler: UFD CM (old formula), FSG + CNPF
PT: IAgirl's gelatine

Experimenting with: CeraVe Foaming as low-poo, gelatin gel

light moisture, hydrolized protein, jelly stylers
guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, sulfates
Neutral on cones.

The protein molecules in the egg and yogurt are too big to attach to hair, but there's a great gelatin PT recipe on the forums if you search for it! There's ion effective care conditioner at Sally's that's a very mild protein condish or you can get colorful neutral protein filler at Sally's! Just look for stuff with hydrolyzed proteins! Those are the ones that can bind to your hair!

+1 gelatin and CNPF

Had to bump to update a bit. I sent my hair off yesterday for an analysis. I feel like I need the confirmation instead of just guessing. If I'm right, I'll be glad to confirm. If I'm wrong, I'll know it was worth it!
In the meantime, I tried the gelatin PT this morning followed by a deep condition. Styled with conditioner only, Giovanni direct leave in, and immediately after scrunching that in, I was shocked at the corkscrew ringlets I had. I dried in a soft bonnet (I wanted to air dry but after a long morning of treatments I was sick if dealing with it). It really turned out pretty well! Very soft, not weighed down even though there is a LOT of conditioner in there, and very little frizz. I feel like a touch of gel would tame that and not feel heavy. I'm impressed! I will keep it up with the gelatin treatments and stick to the conditioner only for the most part. I will add in a little gel or mousse on days where I really need to make it last.
Thanks for the help! This might work perfectly!
