Shampooing every day...?

Is it ok to shampoo (Or in this case no-poo, thats what I use) every day? I feel like my hair always looks the best and healthiest on the first day... please help!
Yes it's fine! Just make sure to use conditioner
i feel this way too and my scalp has been feeling better if I don't cowash. I use a very gentle shampoo or low poo and my hair looks best if I use it

Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Au Naturale styling gelee
Flour sack towel, pixie diffuse or air dry.
Experimenting with: benign neglect
I do also, I use a low poo. I cannot stand the thought of just wetting my hair with yesterday's products and pollution; or washing with conditioner. I think I have not yet found my holy grail shampoo yet, though, and maybe people could post their recs here?
My favorite is the loreal evercream ones. I think I am using the moisture one... But not sure I think waterlily716 has a video up about her favorite shampoos
