Wink Shampooing every day...?

Is it ok to shampoo (Or in this case no-poo, thats what I use) every day? I feel like my hair always looks the best and healthiest on the first day... please help!

i feel this way too and my scalp has been feeling better if I don't cowash. I use a very gentle shampoo or low poo and my hair looks best if I use it

If your hair is low porosity and virgin it's likely fine, if your hair is chemical treated/ damaged/ higher porosity you are at risk of hygral fatigue (water damage) from daily washing.

CO-wash: Inecto coconut
Treatments: Komaza Matani, coconut oil, Hairveda Sitrinillah
Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss ultimate volume, Inecto argan
Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Boots Essentials gel
Experimenting with: going back to basics

I do also, I use a low poo. I cannot stand the thought of just wetting my hair with yesterday's products and pollution; or washing with conditioner. I think I have not yet found my holy grail shampoo yet, though, and maybe people could post their recs here?
