Default how to do a PT if I can't handle CO on my scalp

My scalp doesn't like CO on it at all, I shed crazy, so I lowpoo. But I want to do PT once in a while because my hair likes protein, and I would like to get some on my upper half of my hair, not just the length. What do you all think if I do a PT and then I lowpoo it off, maybe even two washes. do you all think that will get it off of my scalp?? I usually do the low-grade PT, not heavy duty ones, so if you all have any good recs for low-grade PT products, please include in your opinions. Thanks

Have you tried the gelatin PT? I put that higher up on my hair, but not quite touching the scalp.
