Shea butter builds up on my hair! I need a shampoo without shea :)

I use deva low poo. I have 2b fine porous hair.

Shea builds up on me too. In fact most things build up on me. Still I use SM Deep Cleansing every couple of days, then a clarifying poo every other week or so...

RO: Suave Coconut
LI: KCKT (mixed w/ GSO or EVOO)

I like dessert essence, need only a dime size for whole head. I also like Aubrey Organic. Both will lather but are CG friendly.

I use DevaCare Low Poo. I don't like it as much as the DevaCare No Poo though. I quit using it because I'm gluten sensitive and the wheat in it was causing my hair to fall out in huge amounts. I have very thick hair that doesn't like a lot of product, so shea butter builds up on me too. I'd be interested in a cheaper low poo.

I really want to try deva low poo, but ik how expensive it is! I didnt really like the ingredients listed in AO or desert essence, keep the suggestions coming, includong salon brands, ill be a hair stylist soon, and i need to get a routine down that will work so my hair gets better! :)

I'm using L'oreal EverPure, mostly because I had it leftover in my cabinet. I really don't like the smell (rosemary and mint) so I'm looking for something inexpensive I can try when that's gone.

Hair type ... I'm still not sure. Used to be 3a, I'm a wavy now apparently, though my curl is coming back quickly. I am just starting cg, though, so who knows?

I use Simply U Moisturizing and Smoothing. It showed up at my walmart a couple weeks ago. It's a little pricey IMO ($4 for a medium sized bottle. What? I'm cheap! :P), but I really like it!

I remember you didn't like the YTC.... maybe try the Giovanni ones? They're available at target (by the cosmetics in my target) or WF has travel sizes you can try.

Not sure if ur in canada, but Live Clean Argan oil shampoo is amazing

I currently use White Camellia shampoo by Aubrey Organics. I've also used L'Oreal's EverSleek. I have a pretty low standard for my low-poos. Clean? Check. Hair doesn't feel like plastic? Check. With L'Oreal I loved the amount of lather and that it felt like a regular shampoo, but I did have a build up with it (but back them I did use obscene amount of product). Aubrey Organics has less lather, but my hair feels cleaner.

Hair properties are in my signature.
