Does anyone apply it OVER a mousse or gel? or do you always apply it first?
I always apply it after leave in and before mousse or gel. If Im going to use flax seed gel I skip it altogether.

I also layer under my final hold product (except for times when I use CK as my only hold product over LI). You could certainly try it the other way around and see if it works for you better as more of a finishing product.

Corrina how does CK work by itself with nothin else over it? I've been wanting to try it.
I always use it over leave in and under my final product. Lately I've been using my curl cream over top of CK and I love it!

My hair loves protein, plopping, and diffusing! Trying to find a way to style and air dry.

I tried it today. Well I mixed a little Recoil with CK over my leave in. My hair turned out ok but has more frizz than I like. I think I'll continue to use a gel over it. Of course it could just be the wet weather we are having which isn't typical for Las Vegas.
Try applying re:coil with or after your leave in, then apply CK separately.

FWIW this is what a friend refers to as my "magic hair." (It's so simple!) It's one of my two favourite moderate dew point combos. (Jessicurl Rockin Ringlets Styling Potion and Confident Coils is the other.)
Peace,

I hate recoil. Its way too much for my LP hair.
I either use it underneath gel, or the only product i put in my hair on day 3 or 4. (well, with water)
